Overnight Oats

This easy overnight oats recipe is a fiber-rich, healthy breakfast that you can make ahead for busy mornings! The best part, there’s no cooking required!

Weekdays can be hectic, so having a healthy breakfast that I can grab and eat on the go is a must. They practically cook themselves overnight in the fridge! A healthy breakfast packed with whole grains, fiber, vitamins, and nutrients. They are perfect for meal prep!

Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats

  • 2/3 cup milk (I like unsweetened vanilla almond milk)

  • 1/3 cup unsweetened yogurt

  • 1 cup of cut strawberries

  • 3 Tablespoons of strawberry jam

  • 2 Tablespoons honey

  • 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • Scoop of unflavored protein powder

Directions

Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir well to combine.

Transfer the oats to a jar or other airtight container and store in the fridge for at least 6 hours, or preferably overnight.

In the morning, optionally top your oats with extra fresh chopped strawberries, and serve. Enjoy!
