Holistic nutrition focuses on the interconnectedness of all aspects of health, including mental, emotional, and physical. Holistic nutrition takes into account the quality of food, the body’s ability to digest and absorb nutrients, and the impact of food on overall well-being. My goal as a holistic nutrition coach is to take into account my clients unique needs, lifestyle, and environment to tailor a personalized approach to eating. Holistic nutrition puts an emphasis on whole, nutrient dense foods and unprocessed foods such as fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, healthy fats and adequate hydration.
